What is Kids Karate Academy?
Kids Karate Academy is affiliated with Makerere University Goju kai karate-Dojo, a university sport club under the sports and recreation department.

Our vision is to empower children through martial arts, fostering personal growth, leadership, and positive decision-making. We aim to shape confident, compassionate individuals who lead by example, treat others with kindness, and understand the impact of their actions on the world around them.
We focus on the personal development aspects of martial arts, not just self-defense. Our goal is to help our kids learn how to make good decisions, understand the importance of leading by positive example, treat others kindly, and recognize the impact their actions can have—both positive and negative
The values kids learn during their martial arts journey are same values you teach at home and we even go beyond and they last for a life time. We instil a lifestyle that based on discipline , humility, self respect and respect for others.
